Do you charge for consults? No, consults either by phone or in person are free, we like to help patients find the right treatment for their conditions, and often it may be more that Chiropractic can address.
What are the costs? Most insurances covers Chiropractic care, but we hope costs do not discourage you from getting answers to your questions (that’s why we do free consults). We are considered one of the least expensive, best-valued offices in town. We also offer cash discounts for patients in financial stress.
When can I get in to see the Doctor? We see most patients the same day they call (MWF), so please call early. We return all calls as soon as possible, especially emergency calls.
What services are available? Chiropractic manipulation, massage therapy, physical therapy, MedX rehabilitation, as well as products like home TENS units, support belts.
What insurance do you accept? Personal Injury (car insurance), most major medical coverage plans, many Blue Cross, Blue Shield plans, Freedom Health plan. You can call or email us your information and we can check for you.
What types of conditions do you treat? Many biomechanical conditions respond well to Chiropractic treatments like headaches, muscle and ligament injuries, neck pain, and low back pain, TMJ or jaw pain. Many patients also see positive results in conditions like arthritis, joint pain in shoulders, knees, wrist and elbows. Injuries typically seen in motor vehicle accidents, work related, sports injuries and weekend warrior projects.
How many years has Dr Gaeta been in practice? Dr. Gaeta began his career in 1989 after graduating from New York Chiropractic College. During that time to the present he has maintained the same staff for over 21 years.
What techniques does the doctor practice? There are many techniques used on a daily basis that include diversified, activator, drop, Palmer, and Cox distraction (lumbar traction).
Do you have expertise in specific areas? Dr. Gaeta is certified for Worker Compensation patients, and Impairment Rating of patients involved in motor vehicle accidents. Dr. Gaeta has training in MedX rehabilitation for neck and lumbar instability.
What makes your office different from the rest? As a group together for over 21 years we provide a close family atmosphere in our little office. We have worked as a team for so long that we all know our strengths and weaknesses. We help each other accomplish our goal of providing services beyond our patient’s expectations. We pride ourselves on very short wait times for patients’ visits, quick turn around on paperwork for attorneys and ease of accessibility. We work closely with our patients needs for treatments, answer questions and welcome your opinion about treatment options.
What tests do you utilize? Like many doctors, Chiropractors use diagnostic tests like X-rays, MRIs CT scan, blood tests and specialists to help diagnose their patients.
Do you work with Medical doctors? Yes, actually often; we have great working relationships with Neurologists, Orthopedics, Surgeons, Dentists (TMJ), Acupuncturists as well as General Practitioners.
How long does each treatments take? Typically patients are seen for about 30 minutes for adjustments and physical therapy, plus an addition 30 minutes if massage is prescribed.
